I recently came across an online imputation service impute.me. As well as inferring my genetic risk score for a bunch of different diseases, it also had a link to Kandinsky-fy my genome. The result is the picture above, which is a unique depiction of my genomic data generated using the kandinsky R package. How achingly cool!
